Copying In Construction Projects Shared Mailboxes

It important that when your email is related to a specific project that you CC in the project mailbox. This means a copy of all electronic communications is then stored centrally within the project folders.

Note: Be careful if / when you set outlook rules which automatically CC or move emails into a project folder. The system can’t tell what’s in those emails and works on the subject heading only. Therefore, you could be saving down irrelevant, personal or confidential emails to a communal mailbox without knowing.
