OneDrive is where you can store, share, and sync all your personal and non-work-related files. This is completely private and viewable only to you.
It allows you to update your personal files from any device, anywhere and anytime. You can access your OneDrive from file explorer or from the task bar by clicking on the cloud icon.

One Drive needs to be connected to a network in order for it to synchronise files and folders enabling you to access it.

Note: You can see if your One Drive has fully synchronised by clicking the cloud icon in your task bar. A pop up box will appear stating the status of the synchronisation and when it was last complete.

Note: Occasionally you may get a synchronisation error. If this happens, you may need to complete a task such as closing down or saving a file in order for the system to continue synchronising.
