GMI Operating Framework has been designed to be a document library for the storage of standardised documents and master templates, which if used correctly will provide you with a one stop shop to locate, access, and download the most up to date versions of documents being used by departments and projects.
The why...
By having a central document library, it means we have a consistent set of templates being used in the business. Which in turns allows for individuals to become more familiar with the documents, and therefore maximising on efficiencies and effectiveness.
The how...
You can access the Operating Framework via the GMI Workspace. Under the News section, you will see several tiles with a left and right arrow. Click through the tiles until you find a tile called ‘Operating Framework’. Click this tile to access the ‘Operating Framework’ home page.
