Merging your accounts
If you already have a Viewpoint account, you may receive additional invitations that will give you access to additional Sites, Projects, or Enterprises. By accepting the additional invitations, you are adding permissions to your account that allow you to access other Sites, Projects, and Enterprises.
If you've already created an account and you've been invited to have access to another Site, Project, or Enterprise, you'll see a Pending Invitation Notification when you log in. If you don't want to review your invitation now, you can review it later by selecting Manage your Profiles and Pending Invitations after logging in.
1. Click Show (and Accept) your Invitation(s). (if this option is not available or if you have clicked "continue without accepting" proceed to step 6)
2. The Manage Your Profiles window appears, select Accept and then click Merge.
3. Select a Language and select the profile you want to apply the permissions to (by default the system will use your default profile). Click Next.
4. Verify that the details in the Invitation Acceptance window are correct, click Finish.
5. You will now have access to the additional Site, Project, or Enterprise, and it will appear in your navigation tree.
6. The following section is only required if you did not receive the show and accept popup when logging in or if you clicked "continue without accepting"
On the "select an enterprise" screen click "manage your profiles and pending invitations"
7. The Manage Your Profiles window appears, select Accept.
8. Select a Language and select the profile you want to apply the permissions to (by default the system will use your default profile). Click Next.
9. Verify that the details in the Invitation Acceptance window are correct, click Finish.
